kuatbox Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and kuatbox ("kuatbox", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the kuatbox platform, website located at https://kuatbox.cam, and all associated products, services and promotional offers made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the kuatbox platform, making a deposit or participating in any game, sports market, promotion or other service offered by kuatbox, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the kuatbox platform immediately.

These Terms are intended to apply to all users of the kuatbox platform, with particular relevance to Malaysian players operating in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and all other locations within Malaysia. All values, limits, and transactional figures are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to create and maintain a kuatbox Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kuatbox strictly prohibits access by minors and takes all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary account restriction on the kuatbox Platform or any partner service.
• You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain that accuracy throughout your Account's existence.
• You must not register more than one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances pending investigation.

kuatbox reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (MyKad, passport), proof of address and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each registered User bears sole responsibility for all activity conducted through their kuatbox Account. You must keep your login credentials — including username, password and any two-factor authentication code — strictly confidential. kuatbox will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a failure to maintain credential security.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuatbox Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or calculation faults for financial gain.
• Opening multiple Accounts or facilitating Account registration on behalf of another person for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or conducting transactions for any third party.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or other financially criminal activity through the Platform.

kuatbox accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of locally supported payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument that is registered in your own name and has been verified through the kuatbox KYC process.

Supported Malaysian Payment Methods

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Malaysian Banks: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC (fiat-equivalent in MYR)

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. kuatbox does not accept cash deposits, anonymous payment instruments or third-party-owned payment methods under any circumstances.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within the processing window appropriate to the chosen payment channel. kuatbox is not responsible for delays caused by banking system maintenance, payment gateway interruptions or network issues external to the Platform.

Users may request withdrawals of verified real-money funds from their kuatbox Account subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the verified identity and name on your Account.

Withdrawal Eligibility Requirements

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process in full.
• Any active promotional wagering requirements attached to your Balance must have been satisfied before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily, weekly or monthly limits for your Account tier.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending security or compliance investigations.
• The payment method selected for withdrawal must be registered in your name and previously used for a deposit on the same Account where required.

Indicative processing times for standard requests are: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes following approval; DuitNow and FPX typically within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are estimates only and may be extended during peak periods or compliance reviews.

kuatbox reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and to request additional documentation prior to release of funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing.

kuatbox may offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload offers, cashback schemes, birthday bonuses, referal rewards and other incentive structures from time to time. All such offers are governed by specific terms applicable to each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

General Bonus Principles

• Bonus amounts are added to your Account as Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before Bonus Funds or any winings derived from them may be converted to real-money funds.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by product type — slots, live casino and sports betting markets may contribute different percentages.
• kuatbox reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without advance notice.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, hedging or multi-account exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

Promotional figures shown in kuatbox marketing materials represent maximum potential bonus amounts based on the maximum qualifying deposit. Individual awards may be lower depending on the amount deposited and the specific offer claimed.

All game outcomes on the kuatbox Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live event results in the case of sports markets and live casino products. kuatbox maintains the integrity of all game results and does not interfere with outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or software error during a game round or sports bet, the applicable game or sportsbook rules will govern the outcome. If a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the relevant stake may be voided and returned to the User's Balance at kuatbox's sole discretion.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific odds and conditions presented at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• kuatbox reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly eroneous odds arising from a pricing error or data feed failure.
• Live in-play betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC and other events are subject to suspension during significant in-play events at kuatbox's discretion.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and are subject to variation by sport, event and market type.

kuatbox is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire Platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are made available to all kuatbox Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their Accounts.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration controls are available to limit continuous play periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or indefinite Account suspension at any time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications remind Users of time and money spent.
• Account Closure: Permanent closure requests will be processed promptly following the applicable verification procedure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuatbox and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

• Any interruption, delay, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your Account, transmissions or data.
• Any error, omission or inaccuracy in Platform content, odds, game information or payment details.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kuatbox's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

kuatbox reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the kuatbox Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account and cease all use of the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
